Intergraph Partners With eMeter, Expands Smart Grid Tech | in News Departments > FYI | by Renew Grid on Friday 26 March 2010   |
Intergraph has partnered with meter data management provider eMeter to integrate smart meter data into its Smart Grid Operations Command-and-Control Center. The integration will provide grid operators with consolidated end-to-end network visibility and management capabilities.
The company says the Smart Grid Operations Command-and-Control Center integrates various grid technologies - outage management, distribution management, SCADA, infrastructure management, smart meters, etc. - into an easy-to-use interface. By joining eMeter’s Integrated MDM partner program, Intergraph will ensure future interoperability between its control center technology and eMeter's EnergyIP platform, making it easier for joint utility customers to integrate smart meters and AMI into their grids.
