Pool Remodeling and Resurfacing
Pool Remodeling and Resurfacing in Cape Coral
An older Cape Coral pool with stained plaster, loose tile, or worn coping does not need to be torn out to feel new again. Renewgridmag chips out the failing interior, applies a fresh quartz or pebble aggregate finish, replaces the waterline tile and coping, and brings the drains up to current anti-entrapment standards. The result is a pool that looks and swims like a new build for a fraction of a full construction budget.
Why Homeowners Choose to Resurface
- Longer life. Standard white plaster lasts 5 to 10 years, while quartz and pebble finishes last 15 to 25, so a resurface is a real long-term upgrade.
- Safer and current. We replace outdated main-drain covers with ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 anti-entrapment covers that meet VGB safety rules.
- A full refresh. New tile, coping, and interior color can change the whole look of the backyard without moving the shell.
Our Process
We drain the pool, chip out the old interior, and prep the shell, then reset waterline tile and coping and hand-trowel the new finish. After a proper cure we refill, balance the water, and walk you through the startup brushing schedule the new surface needs. If the equipment is dated, we can swap in a variable-speed pump and saltwater system during the same visit.
